In dreams, color is used by the spirit to describe a feeling and an emotion that the dreamer is feeling.........

for example: one would say: "I dreamt that I was in a blue colored room with white shades."

I would know from this simple example, that the dreamer feels contained within of deep spiritual emotions and the shades being the eyes have a view which is wholesome and pure. They are content.

If dreams are given us through a multitude of experience, then hm who dreams, will know only that which he experiences.

It was given to Helen Keller, to experience color and to teach her color, was to let her feel what it may be and to let her experience tell what that color meant to her. And so to learn to associate color, she experienced it through the means of touch.

Use feelings/emotions to describe it. Or maybe take some acid and figure out what tastes blue and tell the blind guy.

Dark blue Strong and heavy, yet soft like a wool blanket trimmed with satin. Cradles your mood with stregnth enough to hold you but soft enough to calm you at the same time. Light blue Like sitting in a bath tub on a hot day and swirling the water with your hands. Just enough cool to help remove the stress and lighten the mind. Slate blue Sad. Like sitting in the rain when everyone else is in the house. Electric or Turquoise blue Loud, happy and strong. Like drinking a margarita listening to loud music while the sun shines on your back surrounded by your friends.

Using associations... I would say that blue color is like a cold pure spring water. But different people have different associations on different things.....So, it would be difficult to describe something.....because this person might have different association with the blue color if he or she were able to see.

"Blue is the feel of a cool breeze in the middle of a scorching tropical summer. It is the same texture as a thick cotton sheet. It sounds like the rain."
