And 3d rendering?

The video card is just a budget/entry level card.
Consider Nvidia's 7xxx series w/ PureVideo Technology:

OR Nvidia's 8xxx series of DX10 cards w/ PureVideoHD:

Depends on your budget I guess. I think the graphics card can be improved; it will make a big difference with realtime graphics like 3D games. You won't be able to play many of the newer games with an X300 at a resolution of 1080. An NVidia 6600GT would be much better; or you could go with one of the 7000 or 8000 series.

CPU and RAM are good. You can never have too much RAM, so 2GB would be better. But then again, 1GB will work for now and you can get another 1GB later, whenever you want.

You should improve on the graphic card. With only 128MB of memory i don't think that you would be able to do 3D rendering smoothly and needless to say HD Viewing. It might work but not smoothly, might be abit laggy and hang from time to time. At least get 1 with at least 256MB. Intel integrated graphic card is already using a 256MB and it can't even play most games in the market currently.

The specs are all good for your purpose.. The Radeon card is an above average video card, so good for you..

If you are going to use it for HD viewing.. I would suggest a good monitor or lcd screen..

This computer is good. but the video card is just average... you can change it to 256mb or 512mb video card. 512mb or above need to use PCI slot instead of AGP slot that you are using now.
