Since all the planets were names taken from Roman mythology most of the original Greek names have not been used. The Romans adopted the whole Greek pantheon of Gods from the Greeks. Instead of Mercury you could use Hermes, and for Venus, Aphrodite, Ares for Mars, Zeus for Jupiter, and so on. The Greek pantheon of Gods was larger than the Roman one and there are many others you could use from Gods to demigods (half human half divine like Hercules), and nymphs and muses and so forth. I think you get the idea. There are also many characters from the Greek myths that could be used.
