It went something like, "Precious and few are the moments we toucan share..."
I mean, why is that? What is so pressing in a toucan's life that he has only a few, precious moments to share with the toucan he loves? Maybe the toucan needs to take a step back and enjoy life, and maybe not make so many Kellogg's Froot Loops commercials!

You must really be board to think of something like that this early in the morning! Silly guy! Of course you know what "toucan" really is. Now I'll never hear that song on occasion and not think of a bird!

The reason a toucan has few precious few moments is because, although they can live for up to 20 years, a diet high in Froot Loops shortens it considerably. Toucan Sam went almost straight from puberty into a retirement home. This is why he does so few new commercials.
