Do U mean "speech" or "a speech" ? Speech is what people say, and is presented by putting the wrods in inverted commas. (Direct speech)Eg: Bob said "It's raining again." OR Bob said that It's raining again.(indirect speech.) A speech is standing up in front of people to talk on a subject. prepare it well, make it lively and interesting andnot too long. If U can't look at ur audience, focus just over their heads. Hope this helps.
