The following are phrases we usually find or hear, some of them are:
1. Love conquers all- how true is love conquering almost the impossible. Some says that without money love flow out of the windows. Can love pay my bills? Perennial theme of romantic novels...and they live happily ever after.... ideal summation of a relationship but doesn't always happen, why there are so many divorces and separation, one of the best example of this is the pop icon-Britney Spears, she married and next day she divorce, less than 24 hours?
2. First love never dies- How true is your first romance, that this love never dies. Really?
3.Opposite attracts- How can two people live together if they seem cannot agree with one another, both of them are like night and day, black and white.
4. Absense makes the heart grow fonder- How true is this? That by being absense for so long you will be missed? Some will just say "it is better to hate than to wait..." some falls apart after being away for just a month.

1. it's only true if you work at it. some people like to think that by just being in love, things will go their way. but in reality, if people who say they're in love don't work on their relationships, then their relationships will just fall apart. this is especially true when hard times come. love alone can't fix their problems. people have to take action to save their relationships.
2. this is sort of true. first love never dies because it's the one we remember the most: the first kiss, the uncertainty of what happens on a first date, and so on.
3. this too is also sort of true. some opposites do attract one another, but there has to be some traits, values, etc. about them that they have in common. sort of like me and my boyfriend. we both have the same interests and values. but i'm very quick temper. so his relaxed personality helps me to calm down. so basically, people can be different but they have to have some common grounds other wise it just won't work.
4. here's two scenario for this case. first scenario is that a couple is really in love with one another and wants their relationship to work. so when they are apart, they miss each other even more and can't wait to see each other again. the other scenario is that a couple loves each other (but not enough to make sure their relationship works). so after a long time away/apart, one of them gets lonely and starts to have wandering eyes thinking that it would be much easier to be with someone who's just a few minutes drive away.
hope this answers your questions.

1. If the two people "truly" are in love with each other then yes I believe the bond and commitment they share can conquer all.. but if the love isn't true.. then it will be like the proverbial sandcastle... as the waves of the world beat at it... it will dissolve.
2. No it never dies... I think your perspective on it changes... you see it for what it was... your first experience with the most dangerous emotion a person possess.
3. Yes.. they do.. but unless there is a very strong base of love and commitment between the two.. eventually the differences that brought you together tear you apart (speaking from experience on this one)
4. Yes it does... if the love is real... distance is a good way of truly seeing your feelings without the "glow" of your relationship blinding your vision. You will quickly realize if it was just infatuation, lust or if there was any truth and substance to your feelings for that person.
These aren't myths... they are questions we all ask ourselves at one time or another based on where we are in our lives and relationships. But speaking for myself.. they have all been very much real.

Well here are my answers
1. In your mind, yes, love conquers all. It motivates you to do things that you don't ordinarily do. Physically, no. That's impossible. If it did, then we'd all be happy and Mr. Bush would be having babies with Middle Easterners.
2. It depends on how much you were in love with your first. But I do think that it does die. I practically forgot about my 1st.
3. Yes and no. True for some, false for others. It's true in my case though.
4. Yeah. For odd reasons when you spend time away you think of your partner and kaboom.

actual love is whilst 2 all and sundry is prepared to settle for each and each others' errors or faults and all that. It potential that if 2 human beings get married, they know they are going to be at the same time consistently. you're top, no courting is ever a hundred% suited. it is not some thing that basically exists interior our minds because of the fact whilst 2 all and sundry is married, God sees them as basically one. so they grow to be one and to ascertain that one to be chuffed, the different must be chuffed. so they attempt to make one yet another chuffed :-D and that's actual love top there. easily, to make it much extra suited, a marriage desires God. Christians know that they are able to basically marry as quickly as. Getting married isn't a activity like Kim Kardashian thinks that's...

Love is a simply a state of mind. Either u'r blindly in it..or cleaverly out of it. It sucks for the most part. Your really only in it because u like that feelings of "being wit some1" and u can't stand being alone. there's a bunch of other reasons..but tht tops it.

The wording of your question, especially the word 'myth' makes me feel that you are an unbeliever.... unless you have trully loved and had that love returned, then all the phrases are myths, but if you have loved, bellieve you me, these are not myths, they are the gospel truth. The least I can say is "I trully wish you love"

All Are true and all are just bla bla bla. it all depends on two diffrent human beings and their nature. as no two human nature are the same so the love between them, and the way they look at the love as whole.

None of your four statements are true anyway. Love isn't true. There's no true love. the right thing is that true people create true love NOT true love creates people.
No need to be pessimistic but that's just the way it is.
