I got into Michigan State and Wisconsin-Madison, but I wanted to play college baseball which I did at a no-name Division III school.

I am about to graduate this week. Did I make the wrong choice in retrospect?

On the surface, it looks like you turned down good schools for a lesser one. However, whether it was a mistake or not depends upon how you spent your four years. Even though the two schools you turned down are better-known, you might have been miserable there if you didn't have an opportunity to play baseball. Also, both are huge schools, and you may have gotten more personal attention at the school you did attend.

You are about to graduate (congratulations!). That is a positive outcome. Who knows if you would have done this if you had gone to one of the other schools. There is very little purpose in worrying about the choices you made earlier in life. All you can do is to make the best of what you got yourself into.

Well, you graduated, which is more than a good many athletes at these larger schools do. Michigan reported that their baseball graduation rate had jumped from 80% to 94%, and it looks like Wisconsin's was somewhat worse.

Unless you were headed to the major leagues, your athletic career didn't suffer for your decision. On the other hand, these big schools can offer very fine educations. Without knowing the school you've graduated from, there's no way to say much more, except congratulations for graduating and please continue to learn and study stuff as you go through life. It's important.
