Franklyn Delano Roosevelt even though he wasn't absolutely straight on every subject he handles. He saved England although I would never take it away from the Brits who fought the Krauts hard and effectively. Roosevelt and Churchill were close and confided in one another during the entire war. Roosevelt wasn't 100% honest but what president is? The people cannot know everything that the president knows. They would panic. America lost a very good man when Roosevelt died.

George Washington. He helped start the ball rolling. And he could have ended it all if he wanted to. George Washington was offered the position of King, and he turned it down. He started the tradition of the President only serving two terms.

FDR hands down. The Great Depression produced fascism in Germany and Italy, and here in the US, a lot of people were looking fondly at Soviet style communism. By enacting some social programs and business regulations that protected average Americans from the more destructive tendencies of the business and banking communities, he likely prevented a revolution here.

The most recent, whomever it is. Imagine all the history and responsibility, the large size of the country and economy, the greater difficulties and problems, the more intense sedition and hatred by their own people. What a job!

Next election, it will be the one that wins.

The first one, George Washington. He fought in the war and he lead our troops to victory over the British. Without him there is no America and there is no President.
