Seems unnecessary, and might lead to racism - you never know with people like Skinhead Charlie. It might be nice if it were optional though.
Personally, I think we should combine R&S with Myths & Folklore.

it's a stupid idea. next will put their gender,race,ethnicity,and skin color next to their avatar. I'm proud of my country and its flag but your idea will separate us. you are what's wrong with what the world is today. because I'm this and you're that and that person's that, no. we are all on earth.let's not separate that.
