Summer started, and immediately I started staying up late. Napping when I have nothing to do. Well, I'd like to start waking up BEFORE 12.
I find myself currently waking up from 2pm-4pm and staying up from 4am-6am.
I'd like to wake up at 10, my alarm is set at 10. I click it off or click snooze ten times every morning at 10. I can't get myself up. When I DO get myself up, I get bored or tired and go back to bed an hour or so.
So any suggestions on how to sleep earlier and wake up earlier?
"Find something to do" in my case doesn't motivated myself to wake up early, just to stay up later. My friends have been going swimming before 12, cause their is no one at the pool, I'd like to join them. But I just can't get up early enough.

Pick a Friday night, stay up all night and Saturday, and whenever you want to gor to sleep (8-10p.m.) pick that time to go to sleep and you will be in the mood for sleep then.

Don't ever take the sleeping pills route!!
1. They will damage your liver big time and you can get into serious health problems.
2. You will get hooked up on them and you won't be able to have a normal life any more if you don't take your pills everyday.
The sleeping pills industry is damaging our health by capitalizing on our ignorance, and by distracting people from effective and natural ways to deal with this problem. I had been taking prescription sleep medications [Ambien] for over 5 years. It stopped working and I simply took more. Still did not work. Nights were very difficult - medication put me to sleep but I would wake up after 2–3 hours with a strong sympathetic response (fast pulse, pounding heartbeat, wide awake alert). It was a very difficult cycle to break. I was really in bad shape due to lack of sleep.
After years of struggling I was able to cure my insomnia naturally and pretty fast. I followed the Sleep Tracks sleep optimization program, here is their official web -site if you want to take a look: http://www.insomniacure.net
Ohhh..and Good Luck!

You have two options
One you can gradually get yourself back over the course of a couple weeks
Two you can wait out a cycle. Stay up all night and don't sleep. Fall asleep no later than 11pm (if you can stay up that late) you should be back on a somewhat normal schedule again.

You will want to do it in increments.
1. Day 1, set your alarm for noon. Whenever you actually get up, write down the time. (for example, 12:30)
2. Day 2. Set your alarm for 1 hour before you actually got up (11:30).
3. Day 3. Set your alarm for 1 hour earlier than the day before.
4. keep doing this until you are getting up at the time you wanted.
You also would need to go to bed an hour earlier each day. I work nights, and frequently have to switch back and forth. this works!

I'd suggest trying to fall asleep sooner each night by maybe half an hour and eventually you should be going to bed earlier and able to comfortably wake up earlier.

Sleeping pills! But go to your doctor for that; he can give you something that isn't at all addictive (a big problem with sleeping pills).
Or, do it the other way... NoDoz or just really pushing yourself; just stay up until the next evening. It's a pain to do, though - watch out for giving up and falling asleep at 2 pm, because then you're REALLY messed over.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress,
dietary and medical problems. By making
small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly,
insomnia can be cured. I found the information
