Magneton evolves into Magnezone.
In order to do this, you must make your magneton level in a specific area, one with a lot of magnetic field energy. Levelling your Magneton around Mt. Coronet in Battle will give you what you need.

Magneton evolves into Magnezone. There are no items that are used to evolve it. Instead there is a new way. That new way is for Magneton to be leveled up once in Mt. Coronet. Just once is all that is needed. Look at serebii.net for about all the info you need.
