Do you think I'm i in danger of having trouble getting another job because of my age? I am going to try and get another job,I was wandering if it's too late,if I'm just stuck with the job that I have now, until I retire,in another 15-20 years?any suggestions?

I'd like to think 45 is still young.I'm 42 years of age.Go back to school .Get your GED if you don't have one. There's so many options out there for you.Try it .You'll be proud of yourself too.
May God Bless you.

oh come on give yourslef credit your not that old.
I wouldn't think that you would have any trouble getting a new job unless you have any medical conditions that might turn the future employer to turn you away.
Most company's don't usually start worrying about your age until you are at least mid fifties.
I say go for it now live life on the risky side every once in a while or your sure to find your self always wondering "What if".

Good Luck to you I hope that you find your dream job!!!!

No, but depending on what you do there I think you may need to start for less money in a entry level position. If you are a cashier or in a certain dept. you may be able to secure a position in the same field for a comparable salary.
