personally id give it an eight out of ten i think that it would be better if you extended and took out some cards and throw in another color like mountain and forest so you can contrast on the abilities of other colors and what they do best cause every color specailizes in something different

I think the concept is a sound one, but as others have said, you should narrow down the focus of your deck. This is especially true regarding some of the creatures that don't have flanking and don't gain anything from Cavalry Master (which only gives flanking to creatures with flanking). At the moment, I'd rate your deck about a 4 or 5, out of 10, since it's a little unfocused and needs to trim some things.
I would definitely start by cutting the various walls and life gain abilities, and anything that doesn't immediately have flanking. In general, it seems like you're focused on a creature rush strategy (such as White Weenie). This should open up several slots for you to play more creatures with flanking (such as Knight of the Holy Nimbus, Benalish Cavalry and Outrider en-Kor). Riftmarked Knight is another good creature to use, since it gives you a second creature if suspended. Sidewinder Sliver is a good one drop as well, that in multiples can really be rough (as each extra Sliver gives an additional instance of flanking). Zhalfirin Commander can be used to pump knights.
In that respect, I think a good deck framework could start with:
4x Benalish Cavalry
4x Knight of the Holy Nimbus
4x Outrider en-Kor
4x Icatian Javalier (good for tricks with flanking)
4x Sidewinder Sliver
4x Cavalry Master
2x Pentarch Paladin (two gives you coverage against multiple colors)
2x Glorious Anthem (multiple provides a stronger bonus, and increases changes of drawing them)
4x Holy Day (to prevent your opponent from clobbering you)
That's 32 cards to start with, and you have plenty of options of things to add. I'd suggest Bonesplitter over Holy Strength (more aggressive, can be used on multiple creatures). But, your curve is pretty good, and you probably only need about 22 land in the deck. You also have room to run more evasive creatures (such as Suntail Hawk), which while they don't have flanking, benefit from being hard to block.

the 1 of likes holy strength ect... wont help you verry much seeing as though u have 60 cards in your deck the likelyhood of you drawing 1 when u need it is slim to none.now i have a few ideas for u. 1 is a budget deck that would be around 5$ if u had to purchse it b/c its mostly common and un common plus im trying to go with some of the cards in your deck ur asking about. and the other will be quite expensive but ALOT better and acutally really tournament playable.
BUDGET BUILD

4x raise the alarm
2x glorious anthum
4x life burst
3x bone spliter
16x plains
3x teramorphic expance
EXPENSIVE DECK

You need to narrow the focus of your deck. Taking out all the creatures w/o Flanking is the first step. Go to http://ww2.wizards.com/gatherer/index.aspx?term=flanking&Field_Name=on&Field_Rules=on&Field_Type=on&setfilter=All%20sets&colorfilter=White&typefilter=Creatures to see all the White creatures with Flanking. Once you decide which ones suit you reduce your creatures to between 16-20. You need more copies of things like Glorious Anthem and Ghostly Prison for them to be effective.

i would give it a 8 out of 10. I think most white decks need swords to plowshares, pacifism, and spirit links. but that isjust the oppionon of one old magic kook.

i think of of the theory is a valid one, yet as others have suggested, you will desire to narrow down the concentration of your deck. it particularly is particularly actual touching directly to a number of the creatures that have not have been given flanking and don't income something from Cavalry carry close (which in basic terms can provide flanking to creatures with flanking). on the 2d, i could cost your deck a pair of four or 5, out of 10, using actuality it particularly is particularly unfocused and needs to trim some themes. i could particularly initiate with tips from lowering the limitless partitions and life income expertise, and something that doesn't interior the present have flanking. in optimal circumstances, it variety of seems such as you're centred on a creature rush techniques-set (on a similar time with White Weenie). this could desire to open up limitless slots so you might play greater effective creatures with flanking (on a similar time with Knight of the Holy Nimbus, Benalish Cavalry and Outrider en-Kor). Riftmarked Knight is yet yet another stable creature to stay with, using actuality it could provide you a 2d creature if suspended. Sidewinder Sliver is a robust one drop to boot, that throughout multiples can particularly be difficult (as each greater effective Sliver can provide one greater effective occasion of flanking). Zhalfirin Commander could be utilized to pump knights. In that delight in, i think of of a robust deck framework could % first of all: 4x Benalish Cavalry 4x Knight of the Holy Nimbus 4x Outrider en-Kor 4x Icatian Javalier (stable for tricks with flanking) 4x Sidewinder Sliver 4x Cavalry carry close 2x Pentarch Paladin (2 can provide you insurance against multiple hues) 2x remarkable Anthem (multiple can provide you a greater effective bonus, and will improve changes of drawing them) 4x Holy Day (to ward off your opponent from clobbering you) it is 32 partaking in enjoying cards first of all, and you have fairly some techniques of themes to characteristic. i could propose Bonesplitter over Holy skill (greater effective aggressive, could be utilized on multiple creatures). yet, your curve is amazingly stable, and you in all probability in basic terms % approximately 22 land interior the deck. you aside from could have room to run greater effective evasive creatures (on a similar time with Suntail Hawk), which on a similar time as they don't have flanking, income from being stressful to block.
