I'm afraid you're a little too young for the D-League. You'll literally be a boy among men.
Work on your game first and try to excel at the High School level. If you're really good you could play in college, that way you can aim for the NBA instead of the D league.

Players in the D-League do count as part of the 15 man roster (only 12 can suit up and be active for each game). Each team can send up to 2 player to the D-League.

Might be best if you try and impress High School fans 1st. Worry about the big boys later. Those players would not let a kid go into their league without beating the krap out of him.

what happened to fun, high school basketball, where you could show off and shoot short threes from the top of the key.. ahh oh well, yea sorry you cant, but go to the aau leagues they have a lot of scouts over there.
