I'd go for the life I wanted. The life I've had so far sucks.

The life I have had and have though I would love the present to change a little for the better. I have had a fantastic life up till the past year and I am sure that it was a lot better than most people on here.

I would most definitely chose the one I wanted, or only just realised that I wanted. I have spent most of my life living for others, making sure that they are happy and always putting myself last in all matters.

Although this does make me feel happy knowing that everyone I know is happy, I do feel sometimes that I should have been a little selfish and gone with what I wanted to do with my life.

But hey, questions like this doesn't really change anything, it can make you think and wonder what if, but for some of us it is too late to even consider changing our lives to what we want.

Thanks for the question.

:)

I never buy into either or propositions. I find them to be faulty logic and there's always a way to get out. Therefore, I choose Door 3. I am taking the best of both worlds, because I can, and I am going to combine them with what I know now...which is to say, woo-hoo! Got what I wanted!

I'd choose my old life. I'm happy with what I've become. Though my life's full of mistakes, trials, hardships etc, I'm still happy I went through all of them as they made me a stronger determined person I am today. I wouldn't change a thing, not a bit. Everyone dreams of a perfect life, but perfect can never be real. Have you known someone whose life is perfect?

my life is OK. It could have been better, if I'd made more sensible choices. I can beat myself up about it, or I can go on doing the best with what I've got - which is a darn site more than a lot of people have.

We do not have much choice in life as you think.Life is justified by wants. If there is no want, there is no life. The life you wanted you cann ot ask, because you have to make it.If you are wanting for a life, that is in your imagination, you have to work for it.You make your life. You cannot choose.

For me it would the life I've had, including the dreams.

However as you think it is unusual to remember significant events in our own lifes, I doubt you can remember the life you had wanted.

I would opt for the life that I have wanted & still want for - but knowing me as I do.....when I get that, I know I would be yearning for the life that I have already had & have right now.

What you want is not all you get.

I'll stick with what I've got.
