Can someone tell me where to find all the legendaries on diamond?

Banette evolves from Shupet, and you can catch them at Stark Mountain, a place after you beat the elite four. A lot of legendaries can only be obtained after you have beaten them. There are good guides at this forum http://newsinnoh.co.nr, here's an example.

If you are interested in catching Heatran, I assume that you have already beaten the Elite 4, acquired the National Pokedex, and traveled to the Battle Zone. Bring a Pokemon with Strength, Rock Smash, and Rock Climb and buy an Escape Rope or two.

You'll need to go Stark Mountain. The most hassle free way to get there is to start from the Resort Area. Travel North on Route 229, through 228 the desert-ish area to Route 226/227 where you'll continue to go north.

After some Trainers and aggravated wild Pokemon, you'll reach Stark Mountain. You'll see your rival and Buck, the Red Haired trainer that welcomed you to the Battle Zone. He'll run ahead. Follow him and you two will partner up. Make your way through the cave, once your reach the end Buck will find the Magma Stone and run off with it. This means you have to go and find him.

Leave the cave and make it to the Survival Area, west of Stark Mountain. Buck will be in his house just to the left of the Pokemon Center. Talk to him, and he'll run out again to try and replace the Magma Stone.

Return to Stark Mountain. If you don't want to fight any Pokemon, bring a Super Repel. Use it at the entrance of the Mountain and use Rock Climb to get back to the place where the Magma Stone was found. Save before you enter, though. Because You'll be fighting a Lv.70 Heatran with a decent move set. One that isn't caught easily. I suggest fighting at night and bringing a couple Lv. 60 or higher water Pokemon. A few surfs and its heath will be low. Good Luck.

Spiritomb
This powerful ghost is weak to nothing and is immune to 3 types. To get a Spiritomb, you must have restored the Hallowed Tower by putting the Odd Keystone inside it. You can get it from a karate man in the corner by the tree just outside the entrance to Hearthome City I think.
To capture it, go Underground (near the Hallowed Tower) after meeting 32 people Underground.

Dialga (Diamond) or Palkia (Pearl)
You can find Dialga in Diamond or Palkia in Pearl at the Spear Pillar after battling Team Galatic. This should be fast since you should've just received a Master Ball from Cyrus. After capturing either beast you can find their orb behind where they were standing. Dialga is a Steel-Dragon, while Palkia is a Water-Dragon.

Azlef, Mespirit, Uxie
These 3 can be can be found in their caverns in the middle of Lake Valor, Lake Acuity, and the other Lake which I always forget. :((( I don't know how to capture these three as I never have, but I know that you cannot fly to them. If you do, they teleport to another location inside the cavern before you have a chance to battle.
