For me it is also the simple little courtesies.
People who don't use a blinker to change lanes
People who turn right or left and go into the far lane, rather than use the closest lane. People who lie.
People who have forgotten the face of their fathers (no honor), have you noticed there is no honor anymore (not even among thieves!) Used to be a handshake was binding because you thought of your name and reputation.

Coming directly from my nose doctor, you should never cover your nose because you might accidentally hit your self in the face and cause damage.
Sometimes farts sneak up on people. And they are embarrassed.
Etiquette of today doesn't state you have to leave the table when blowing your know.
I can think of a good one: being selfish to other peoples human faults.

People who don't use proper english
People who put their purses on tables
People who act like skinny but really are fat
People who ask the same question over and over
People who dis the US military
People who snore
People who give their opinions even tho they are not asked for not appreciated
People who do not shower on a regular basis
But most of all, the thing that irritates me, the fact that my man is overseas fighting for American's freedoms, and all the media can do is show the bad things that are going on over there and how other american's just gripe over how wrong the war is when they should just get off their ***' and do something!
oh! when people lean over and look at my laptop on airplanes!

When people are glued to cell phones. Seriously, you're not that important.
Blatant nose-pickers are also sort of ... uncouth.
And, last but not least, those who don't wash their hands in the restroom. Just...ew.

Broken promises - and then the person wants you to believe that the next promise they will keep - honestly!
Rudeness in any form - its just so unnecessary.
Intolerance - nobody is perfect, so why stand in judgment?

People who wipe boogers on bathroom stalls, people with bad breath who get all up in my face to talk to me, people who are rude to me for no other reason than they THINK I might be stuck up.
