If you saw a cop do somthing very wrong on duty can you make a citezn arrested ?? or what can you do if you see this happen and don't wanted to watch it happen any longer.

If you can't do anything can you call someone to help ??

If you get pulled over for no reason at all, do you have to get out of the car. Better yet if you feel your rights are being abuse, can you call for more help ?? like "911" ??

You'd better make sure you are 100% positive you know the laws and procedures of your city and state (and their job) better than they do, if you are going to try anything that stupid. So no, you can't.

If you wish to report a police officer for bad conduct go to the front desk of the officer's agency and make a complaint or ask if you can set up a meeting with an officer/detective in Internal Affairs. Make sure you know the offending officer's name and you should willing to testify in court (certain exceptions apply, ask IAB). Make sure you provide correct contact information because IAB will want to follow up with you. If you feel you were unfairly targetted in a traffic stop you should fight the ticket in court and bring your concern before the judge. Do not attempt to dispute the ticket on the scene because that almost always leads the more charges and destroys any chance you had of getting the ticket thrown out. Many patrol cars are equipped with dash cameras and mics so this can work in your favor to document bad behavior (the officers and yours). Good luck.

You don't lose your rights just cause you are pulled over. Just treat officer with respect and if you feel like he is wrong keep your mouth shut and take it up with the judge.
The cops are the ones with the badges, guns and night sticks. They are 'LAW ENFORCEMENT'.
I wouldn't try a citizens arrest on one of em. Hell no.
They are not out there to hear your gripes, they are out there to enforce the law. The judge is there to hear your gripes.
If you feel like a cop is abusing his civil servant's rights, you can certainly call 911 and tell them what is going on.
That's your right.
Peace,
D

trying to make a citizens arrest would more than likely cause you to get hurt.a citizens arrest pertains to a citizen and not a officer.by all means if you see a officer do something wrong you should report it.the first think is to go to the department and file a complaint with internal affairs.if nothing is done then you can go to the fbi and file a complaint

Only on tv. Cops have the so called second set of laws, they don't need to obey the same ones they give us citations or arrest us for. The local city cops are the biggest traffic law violaters that I have ever seen. I have seen them break traffic laws and turn around and pull over the next person that did the same thing and give them a ticket for it. They should change that stupid logo on the cop cars from, to protect and serve to, to harass and fine.

In CA it's is only allowed to stop a felony from occuring, in progress or to apprehend just after. You then have to turn the prisoner over to Police ASAP
