They don't say much about that. In most countries, it's considered unattractive, but I hear it's encouraged and admired in Japan.

I was having a conversation with THEY just the other day. THEY didn't say anything about pigeon-toed women. I really don't think THEY give enough thought to women's gaits to have anything much to say about it...
