Hi there I live in WI and I am from southern VA. I always run to the post office, believe it or not it is not as much as you think. I am unsure what a vcd is but I sent a dvd to florida and it was 1.81. I live in Fox lake near beaver dam. But if you are unsure you could always just put 2 on there and if it comes back then you know. I have often guessed and put 2 on packages I thought were more and they made it ok. I hope this helps some. Also go to USPS website they have a shipping calculator if you have an idea on the weight.

Take the package to the post office and have it weighed to determine the postage if you want it to get there.

Call the Post Office tomorrow AM. They should be able to tell you.

It depends how heavy it is. The distance doesn't matter within the US.

go to http://postcalc.usps.gov/ and you can calculate the postage based on the weight and zip code.
