Why is it that when a man complements some women they act so offended like if he just sexually harrassed her when he just said you look pretty today. Is it the guy or would that type of girl be offended no matter who said it! Star me!

Bad manners...or they don't know how to take a compliment. If you told me that I would smile and say "thank you"...I think being gracious is fast becoming a lost art..how sad.
On second thought if it's said in a lewd way with a certain body language then I would be offended

you cant just do it to some random girl on the street!
theyll think all you want to do is get in their pants and use them.... your like a dirty old man to them, and they wont take you seriously if the first thing you say is that their pretty.
have a convo with them, where you make them feel like their personality has a worth, and if you want, then drop a compliment or two/.

Women like this either think that they are so special that no one has the right to say anything personal to them or they are so insecure about there abilities that they feel any attention on their appearance is an attack.
Thank god that we are not all like that.
