im 13 , 6ft tall and weight 140 i wanna lose weight not to much maybe 5 lbs? Is that unhealthy? how cani loose it?

13 years old, 6 ft. tall @ 140 lbs. seems a bit on the thin side.

Your 13 and if your actually 6ft tall.... 140 seems to be like an alright weight. Are you sure your 6ft tall? That is really tall.....maybe your 5ft tall. Well in any case you really shouldnt be concerned with weight at such a young age, but if u realy want just eat healthy and exercise. good luck.

well foryour height your weight seems about right,

but, just small adjustments.

healthy foods,
try just riding a bike, walking, swimming
for an hour a day.
