Ok, I have this cooler:

I have it installed, but on my motherboard it can only blow the hot air into the PSU, no big deal because the PSU has a huge 120mm fan sucking air in from the case, the big deal is that after reading some reviews I have heard that it breaks mobos, after a few months. How can I stop this from breaking my motherboard? Should I tie some strings to it from the top of the case to the fan???

my mobo is one of the ones in the reviews, an I only have 2 tabs :(

I can afford to have it fall, or get a new one. + if it falls my graphics card is totally dead!!!

what are my options

Well you could always lay your case on its side, that would prevent it from falling, and should prevent it from breaking the motherboard as there would be no torque on the board. If that isn't an option for space or other reasons, then yes some type of harness system would be the way. I would go a little fancier than string, something fairly strong should do the trick. Probably not anything you can buy, but with a little ingenuity you should be able to come up with something.

If it feels like it's putting too much weight on the mobo, you might want to do that. tie a string to it like you said or find a new one.

Should find a new one. But those who put up reviews probably have different mother boards then you do so give it time and see how it is.

strings ain't gonna help. you need a mobo with at least three tabs to hold that bad boy because it weighs like 2lbs.
