I usually get fat free milk. I always look for the expiration date and if that date is too close, then I will get the 2% reduced fat milk if the expiration date is farther away.

fat free. The fat in whole milk seems like it would negate anything really healthy about it.
Ocassionally soy milk... been getting a taste fr that.
