To find an agent, first you will need to bulk up your resume.

Try your hand at local plays, musicals, commercials, informercials, and print work.

Then once your resume is bulked up, send your resume, headshot and cover letter to agencies.

To find legitamate, SAG registered agencies look here:
http://www.sag.org/sagWebApp/application?event=bea.portal.framework.internal.refresh&pageid=AgentInformation

After 4-6 weeks, if an agency is interested you, they will contact you.

If not, after 4-6 weeks,it is acceptable to send postcards with your headshot on one side, and resume on the other to the same agencies.

Hopefully, by then, an agency will be interested and sign you!

Good Luck, hope you get signed!
