The site just reprinted theconvention on human rights. It does not have to have any other credentials.

Human rights bill is not forced on anyone but it is a matter of the law for YOUR protection. And this is what most do not understand.

Give me strength - there are some complete idiots on this site, who will not let research, knowledge or fact get in the way of their ignorant and prejudiced views.

Special mention in particular goes to the moron above who considers the ECHR to be the imposed product of a dictatorship. He is an American, however and they of course did not sign up to the Convention at its inception. This may explain his stance, but does not excuse his ignorance. However, he still feels it necessary to impart his wisdom on something he clearly knows absolutely nothing about - like most on this site.

I am totally in support of you, but you are on a loser with this one, thanks to the ill-informed and their perpetual stupidity.

Frankly, I've had enough and just can not be bothered to even enter into debate with these cretins a moment longer.

p.s. Karl Marx - given that we seem to be singing from a similar hymn sheet on a wide variety of issues, any particular reason why you have blocked me?

Not here. Freedom of speech comes first. We prize freedom. That only hurts those who seek to force themselves on others. If groups who support this Convention then try to force it on others who do not accept it, then, yes, it scares the heck out of me. Any dictatorship does.

We have enough laws to cover all aspects if people would just use them, we don't need more of our freedom taken away or told how we should live.

Not sure your site is reliable. Any Human rights are not something to be sacred of.
