The petals are scalloped which distinguishes it from a blanket flower or gaillardia pulchera.

It is a garden coreopsis (coreopsis tinctoria). A native wildflower.

That looks like some fancy sort of coreopsis. Not sure though. Look up coreopsis, and see if you can find anything similar.

It looks to be of the choreopsis family to me. I have to dead-head them a lot in my job.

It looks like a shasta daisy... but I can't remember the name of it.... They are annuals... and are very profuse at seeding if I remember correctly... lol
