If you have to create movements of energy to power the mind, then can one consider the natural state of the mind to be weak?
Does the state or status of the mind determine power/weakness? Meaning is power a financial or societal status, or a mental focus a balance of thought and emotion in the mental state?

The man without self-reliance and an iron will is the plaything of
chance, the puppet of his environment, the slave of circumstances. Are
not doubts the greatest of enemies? If you would succeed up to the limit
of your possibilities, must you not constantly hold to the belief that
you are success-organized, and that you will be successful, no matter
what opposes? You are never to allow a shadow of doubt to enter your
mind that the Creator intended you to win in life's battle. Regard every
suggestion that your life may be a failure, that you are not made like
those who succeed, and that success is not for you, as a traitor, and
expel it from your mind as you would a thief from your house.

There is something sublime in the youth who possesses the spirit of
boldness and fearlessness, who has proper confidence in his ability to
do and dare.

The world takes us at our own valuation. It believes in the man who
believes in himself, but it has little use for the timid man, the one
who is never certain of himself; who cannot rely on his own judgment,
who craves advice from others, and is afraid to go ahead on his own
account.

It is the man with a positive nature, the man who believes that he is
equal to the emergency, who believes he can do the thing he attempts,
who wins the confidence of his fellow-man. He is beloved because he is
brave and self-sufficient.

Those who have accomplished great things in the world have been, as a
rule, bold, aggressive, and self-confident. They dared to step out from
the crowd, and act in an original way. They were not afraid to be
generals.

There is little room in this crowding, competing age for the timid,
vacillating youth. He who would succeed to-day must not only be brave,
but must also dare to take chances. He who waits for certainty never
wins.

The mind is never not moving. It's always working, thinking, moving and energized. That's why, even in our most natural state, our mind is still being creative.

I think that power is not a status, it's more of a mental focus. They say we only use slightly less than ten percent of our brain's capacity....So I'd have to go with it being extradorinarily powerful, when utilized correctly.

Power comes in many colors. Perhaps aspects is a more apt description. We can use the power of our minds to create energy, be creative, focus our thoughts, and much more. That kind of energy exists within us at all times. We just have to learn to bring it up from the depths of our lives.

Financial power or political power aspects we have to develop over time. Especially political power requires the ability to influence others, and the ability to unify the power of others.

Health also affects the ability to utilize power. Wow, that was a powerful question.

For the first question, I don't think the mind is weak. It is the boss of everything in ourselves, and we control those movements of energy...kind of like a cycle.

For the second question...I guess the state of the mind determines power/weakness. The mind decides everything we do, if our mind has power, it's telling us our body has enough to do what we want.

BGrimey, that's an excellent point you've brought up. In my opinion, power is determined a great deal on an individual's state of mind, however it can be based upon that person's financial and social staus; like Oprah, for example. I believe that an individual's state of mind can only be weak if one does not voice and/or back up his or her opinions.

everyone has a powerful mind but they don't use it properly and they don not concentrate, only if they work a little hard ,concentrate more, their mind will be excellent. Only dump people eat up the bad words people say to them ,, if they do not and think harder ,, they never need to eat bad words. EG; mental peoples must not eat the bad word (mad) and they can be better .
