i see that many times. when a life guard try to save someone who is drown, they always press the victim's chest. i wonder, how do you deal with a female victim who is busty?

Chest compressions are given on the breast bone, not on the breasts themselves. Hand position is found by placing 2 fingers on the zypoid process (notch where the ribs meet) and placing the palm of the top hand above those two fingers. Breast size has nothing to do with CPR, the compressions are given on the breast bone and the chest is compressed enough to force blood through the heart and into the body.

Unless you are a lifeguard, I don't think you or anybody else should know that.
