Nolan Ryan is wrong, never had a 40+ save season...
Dennis Eckersley is one (Having 4 40+ save season)
Billy Wagner pitched a no hitter in 2003, had 40 saves last year.

Also, Brad Lidge and Billy Wagner were both part of a combined no-hitter, and each had 40+ save seasons.
