windows 95b had iffy usb support, but windows usb support wasn't even close to good until win98 second edition.

so find a copy of windows 98 and you can use your jump drive.

95's just mite be too old for the upgrade you seek: it's more of a hardware issue and the number of bits that traverse the system/output&read, so you could just try a cheap solution ($20-$30) and got to wal mart, and pick up a USB 2.0 card which MITE plug into a slot on the mobo, but really, i kinda think it won't. the ports would then be on the back of the unit, but that aint 2 bad.....

You can buy a card with 2 usb ports in it that goes in a PCI slot in your computer. But there are a few problems that you won't likely overcome.

1. you may not have an open PCI slot
2. the usb card won't likely have drivers for Windows '95
3. the flash drive won't have drivers for Windows '95

Doubtful...

It's the drivers you'll need and because USB devices didn't become popular until Win 98se... I doubt you'll find much compatibility with a Win 95 machine... if any.

What jump drive maker is going to bother to make Win 95 drivers? It's like trying to find wooden spoke wheels for your car.
