The human body is great the way it is, especially the touch and feel of a beautiful woman. But in the interest of science, I would venture to say metamorphosis, the way alchemists used to try changing one substance to another. Since there is no indestructible material in the universe that I know of, I would want the ability to change from one substance to another as called for by the situation, kind of like the T-1000 in Terminator 2, only better.
