When people imagine eternal happiness, they imagine to be able to get what they value most in life, but efortlessly.

Those who strive to be powerful through wealth, will want a heaven where they can have the power to do anything they please. Maybe the'll continue to buy big houses, yachts, have drinking parties, meet interesting people, go to all the Las Vegas shows, ride expensive cars, and more. All this without having to earn a penny. Just by wishing and presto, what they want will appear!

People who believe that the greatest pleasure will come from contemplating God for eternity, will get that.

Probably the most sinful people would want heaven to be an eternal whorehouse. Or if they are muslem, they want the vergins for eternity. We can't say what the vergins would want for eternity.

Unfortunately, the idea of happiness eternal, gained without effort is a logical contradiction. That's probably why, no matter what people want from heaven, it all sounds pretty boring after while, not to mention eternally!

I will not take sin to heaven.

God will purify us and give us new glorified bodies. Our journey here is to acquire knowledge, and convert it to wisdom. We left heaven (Adam & Eve) to seek knowledge and forego eternal life with God for the knowledge. We then were on route to convert knowledge in to wisdom. God helps us with this through his creations like the Bible, Sacrements, and the Holy Spirit. Those who accept Jesus Christ as savior have been promised a return to "eternal life" (with knowledge of good & evil) after we've been purified ... so in the end ...we get it all; knowledge & eternal life.
