For example, people seem proud to proclaim that they like to procrastinate. However, people won't say that they smell bad.

What other ones are people proud of?

THANKS

I think people just admit that they procrastinate, because just about everydoes it,so it doesn't seem so bad when the majority of the population does it...But anyway, one other negative character trait people do admit to is vanity...I know us girls do it, and don't even realize when we do, because it comes so natural...Say a girl notices a guy walk by, and says,"Hey I'm gonna go talk to that guy 'cause he looks hot"...Well you're kinda labeling yourself a vain person, only interested in looks, and it goes both ways with the guys too. More bad character traits are womanizing( I mean, why do guys do this!) and violent behavior( you know, when people brag about beating up this or this person)...

This may seem circular or sarcastic but I mean with the utmost sincerity: pride. It causes some to be unyielding and harsh, it causes other to be egotistical, and it causes others to feel hopeless. Yet they will hold on for dear life until often life knocks them down and then they possess either of the choice of humbling themselves or becoming even more aggressive.

I've noticed a lot lately, women seem to take being a Royal
***** as a badge of honor. Personally, I'm not impressed.

For me, I take "pride" in the fact that I am *always* late for stuff (Well, not really pride; more like I've learned to live with it and not feel overly guilty about it)

Perfectionism
Phobias (for some reason, people like to almost brag about it, not really a trait or characteristic, but it deserves a mention)
Idealism
Egocentricity ('I'm the center of my universe and I love it!')
Impulsiveness
Open-mindedness carried well into adulthood (the peter-pan effect. Never being able to decide on set opinions.)
Stubborness

Being a biotch. I don't get it... when did being a biotch become something good? I see bumper stickers that say things like, "Biotch and Proud of It" and "You Think Life's a Biotch? Try Living With Me". I thought people hated bitches.

some people love saying that they're never on time, some people say their room is always a mess, some people even like to claim they have an eating disorder, many people talk about their phobias as if it's a good thing

I'll admit I smell bad if someone brings it up, I'll joke about it like O I forgot to pack deodorant or something, if people are polite about it it's cool, but I try not to smell bad on a daily basis

I knew someone that was proud of being really cheap, that's just hideous. You can afford to put new shoes on your child, but you choose not to because you are cheap. But she spent $5k on fake boobs, so figure that one out.

Girls with big booties and girls who think they are all that! They think it is cool to have all the attitude and act like their **** don't stink, and generally they are proud of being sluts and getting "all the guys"
