You're absolutely right. Abortion is the biggest lie told to women by their so-called sisters. Feminists and pro-abortion women will shout, "You're not going to tell me what to do with my body." Fine. Let's make prostitution legal. But listen to them howl again. "Prostitution exploits women." How fuc%ed up is that? Yell, "Legalize drugs, too!" and watch heads spin.
Well, I want to be a junkie prostitute! What about my rights? It's my body.
And this crap about if you've never taken care of an unwanted child and sob, sniffle, whine. That's another big lie cause guess what people? CHILD ABUSE IS STILL HAPPENING AND IS WORSE THAN EVER. Abortion does not serve this purpose.
Facts:
Nearly half of pregnancies among American women are unintended, and four in 10 of these are terminated by abortion. Twenty-four percent of all pregnancies (excluding miscarriages) end in abortion.
From 1973 through 2002, more than 42 million legal abortions occurred.
Each year, two out of every 100 women aged 15–44 have an abortion; 48% of them have had at least one previous abortion.
48% HAVE HAD AT LEAST ONE PREVIOUS ABORTION. These women aren't exactly at the top of their class are they. Hey here's a thought, instead of telling our daughters and young girls that abortion is always a choice for them, how about teaching them some common sense? How about teaching them to respect themselves and their bodies and stop spreading their legs if they are ready to accept responsiblity for their actions?
On average, women give four reasons for choosing abortion. Three-fourths of women cite concern for or responsibility to other individuals; three-fourths say they cannot afford a child; three-fourths say that having a baby would interfere with work, school or the ability to care for dependents; and half say they do not want to be a single parent or are having problems with their husband or partner.
Hmm. I don't see rape or incest in there anywhere. Abortion is basically used as birth control. It's all excuses to further immoralty. Abortion is murder and murder is wrong.

Abortions are done usually within the first trimester of a pregnancy. The embryo is not then viable to live outside of the mother's womb and is therefore still part of the mother. In the last trimester the embryo that has gone through the fetus stage is now ready to be born and is an infant. A separate person that is able to live outside of the mother's body. At which point it is also obvious to someone meaning a pregnant woman harm that they are carrying another person. It is with intent these women were murdered as well as their unborn children and at such a late stage that it would have been illegal had the woman done it too. (partial birth abortion ban ?) So where is the double standard?

Both are according to law. One is located in our consitutional rights as the women's rigth to choose in the case of rode vs wade. But murder has been written in state law which govern everyone. In this case the women were close to their delivery date which means it was a child and that it was found dead inside the woman. Therefore if the women were allowed to live then that baby would have been born with in that week. That is why it is two counts of murder. But it would not be if the women were not close to having the child.

The person responsible should be charged with ONE counts of murder if the fetus was not viable.
The person responsible should be charged with TWO counts of murder if the fetus was viable.
Is it not illegal to have an abortion in the last 3 months of pregnancy. If it is not, it should be, unless the life of the mother is at risk.

Hey goofy, those woman wanted to have babies, and they wanted to keep on living. The average sentence for murder is around eight years, that isn't enough for these crimes, so lets rack it up to two murders for one. Abortion is used to control population and to control flawed genome. Partial birth abortion is a barbaric practice if the fetus is normal. Abortion on demand is necessary to Cull the herd. Some people aren't responsible enough to care for fetus or possible infant. Abortion is here to stay mankind will get efficient at it or will go extinct. I am disheartened that mankind cannot control there basic primitive impulses to procreate that result in the loss of millions of viable fetuses. And im sure we've aborted some possible great humans. We wont be judged by Gods will be judged by the future.

Because it is a loss of a wanted child. If a woman chose to keep the baby it was probably going to be a fully functional person who contributed to the world. Women who abort babies have the right to abort an unwanted child, by a professional. A deviant who kills a wanted child is a murderer.
Although I have never had an abortion (it wasn't the right choice for me I had my baby) everyone has a right to an opinion but no one has a right to force their opinion on another no matter how bad they believe the matter at hand is, that is immature and a$$hole behaviour. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.
You'll never make me believe abortion is not a womans right. And it's not because Im ignorant, I know a baby has fingers and toes from 6 weeks on, however I wonder if anyone has ever known a child who has been abused or an adult from an abusive childhood, the prospects aren't usually good. And adopting a baby out is traumatising physically and emotionally, not to mention there's no guarantee that child will go to a loving home.
Many adopted babies become ward of state as the parents don't feel they can bond with the adopted child and they are passed from family to family, wondering why no one wants them. In the end they are unwanted anyway. Suicide rates among adopted teens are 21% higher than non adopted teens - so save your self important ******** for someone who cares.

I actually wonder, how many Pro-Choice people, can sit on a jury, in upcoming cases. And not vote for two counts of murder. If the proof of murder to the mother was proved.
.. Oh, I take that back. They wouldn't do anything like it. They don't think. They watch Oprah and go with what her or Dr. Phil says. Excuse my temporary forgetfulness.

The only reasons laws like that exist is for religious zealots to feel as if they've made some difference, let's face it if not for the far right it would still be a single murder count and if the party is guilty the result doesn't change an iota so they've really accomplished NOTHING
Personhood at conception is a religious belief, not a provable biological fact. Mormon and some Fundamentalist churches believe in personhood at conception; Judaism holds that it begins at birth and abortion is not murder; ensoulment theories vary widely within Protestantism. The religious community will never reach consensus on the definition of a "person" or when abortion is morally justified.
"Pro-abortion" is inaccurate, as it implies favoring abortion over childbirth. We support reproductive freedom, which means that an individual woman should be able to make her own choice.
The "pro-life" concerns of abortion foes are only for fetal lives, not the lives of women or unwanted babies. "Pro-life" is a term used to make anti-abortion and anti-choice seem positive and good.
Laws have never stopped abortion, but only relegated it to back-alley butchers. The hypocrisy is clear: when illegal abortion was the leading killer of pregnant women in the U.S., there was no Right to Life (RTL) organization.
The fetus is totally dependent on the body of the woman for its life support and is physically attached to her by the placenta and umbilicus. The health of the fetus is directly related to the health of the pregnant woman. Only at birth are they separate.
Legislation cannot create morality. Prohibition did not stir moral outrage against drinking; it stirred outrage against Prohibition itself, and promoted widespread disrespect for all laws.
Most Americans reject the absolutist position that it is always wrong to terminate a pregnancy and believe that abortion may be the morally right choice under certain circumstances.

Yes, it is a double standard, in California if you kill an
unborn child while driving under the influence you can
be charged with murder. My question has always been
what if the woman that had the unborn child was on her
way to an abortion clinic but you hit her car and killed
the unborn child (while DUI), you get charged with murder
but had you not hit her vehicle, what she was going to do
was legal? The unborn child is just as dead one way or
the other..
How is Lacey's or Jesse's baby's any different that
a partial birth abortion, other than Bush vetoed the bill
had he not done that it would be legal..
Does not compute..

Some people use the "it's only a bunch of cells" argument to dehumanize the experience and detach themselves from the life within in some lame attempt to absolve themselves of life-long guilt. It's cold and heartless.
It seems like those same people only consider it life when it's not an inconvenience. If a little human is such a waste of time for you, use protection, or (god forbid you have common sense) stop having sex.
