Just trust your mom on this one. If you're getting enough sleep (at least 8 hours) then you should have energy. A simple blood test could find the problem. It can be something as simple as being a little anemic and needing more iron.

You need to go. It may be as simple as you need to take a vitamin or it could be something important such as a valve leaking in one of the chambers in your heart. Either one you still need to see a Dr. So you know, be glad you have a mom who cares and wants to find out why U don't feel good. I just have to say this. Do what your mom says she knows whats best.

You might need, (I am serious here) to take vitamins and minerals...especially iron I am assuming you are old enough to have your period. When a female has her period she loses iron which will in turn make her feel tired. Try taking a multi-vitamin with iron. Also, a doctors visit may be in line.

unless you are sleepiong too much, which can make you even more tired, you should not be tired all the time. And if you are, you should go to the doctor with your mom. These things can be serious and its definitely worth seeking medical advice. Especially since you are so young.

this used to happen to me.
you can actualy be oversleping
you shouldnt sleep for more than 10 hors
also vitamin b12 helps you stay more alert
they sell it in drops or pills
also drink a lot of water
this helped me
also excercicing keeps you energized
so a little stretch and jupping jacks will help!

Do you get any exercise? not getting exercise makes you tired. Try it by going for a walk or something.
