i keep a alarm with me,but when the alarm rings i stop it n go back 2 sleep.

Try harder to get up. Once you do it will get easier and eventually it can become a habit you enjoy. Try and remember that when you thinking about rolling over and going back to sleep. If this helps to know, a lot of women prefer to jog in the morning before they go home and get ready for work.

put your alarm across the room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off.

PUT THE ALARM IN THE FAR CORNER OF YOUR BEDROOM SO YOU'LL HAVE TO GET UP TO TURN IT OFF THATS WHAT I HAD TO DO AND MINE GOES OFF TILL I ACTUALLY SHUT IF OFF
