When I get down and out, I try and count my blessing instead and most of the time it helps. If I feel like I don't have enough money to but the things I want, I just ask myself how much would it change my life if I bought it and the answer usually makes me feel so much better!

It is difficult to look at the good when I get hammered with a wave of misfortune. I ask for forgiveness like most humans before I go to sleep. But I also tend to punish myself with as much exercise as I can do. Tonight it was 12 miles bike and 5 miles walk. A good workout for a person my age, I will try to do it everyday if I have the time. I have plenty to be thankful for, I could be sitting in a tavern like most of the other people up here. Instead I vent my frustrations out with my exercise and hope that there will be a day when I won't have to be alone all of the time. When God reviews my life sheet he is going to know that overall I am a pretty good person. As much as evil has tempted me I still long for the good things in life and even if I don't get many of the perks that some of you get [love, family and a feeling of being needed] I don't take it out on the people around me.

I do count my blessings instead of my troubles. If I didn't and kept dwelling on those troubled times, it would eat away at my soul and leave me bitter.

Every time I have a negative thought I try to have a positive one. So ya I guess I do.

I have 2 beautiful healthy children, a husband (the equivalent) that loves me and our children, an amazing Dad and a Mother who I have learned to deal with. I work my own business when and only when I want to and we are lucky enough that I can stay home with our youngest who is 2 1/2. I have more but I would run out of space...
