Never feed wild insects to your dragon. They can be carrying parasites, diseases, or be exposed to insecticides and fertilizers. One firefly will kill a bearded dragon in a few hours.

slugs have toxins in them that can harm your beardie.. never feed slugs to any reptile. I have a rescue now that was fed slugs and she is in horrible shape.

Yes they can, I can eat ants while having a beard without using any silverware nor my finger.
(ants are really hot)

I've never had one but I would assume so. Slugs are squishy so he shouldn't have any problem with them.
