Why is it that people who question the " Official Version " of September 11th are called names such as wacko, nut-case,
conspiracy theorist, etc. ? Does having questions make one crazy ? Why do so many people believe that we must be sheep, and go right where we are led ? If that were the case, this country would never have declared independence from England.

McKenzie, firstly, the question was why you can't question some things without ridicule. I didn't need a dissertation on how free speech works. And secondly, it's not nice to talk down to people by calling them "son". I have no idea how old you are, but if you are not at least roughly 62 years of age, I couldn't be your son. If you are that old, I can respect you using the term, and have no problem with it. Otherwise, let's leave that for my father.

Questioning events is okay, but many people make claims (Rosie O'donell, Martin Sheen, etc.). Show me the proof and if you make a good argument I'll agree with you. Otherwise, you're just spouting your opinion.

Also, a couple of colleges, the 9/11 commision, etc. have looked into it and found nothing. If it was a government conspiracy like some people believe, wouldn't the press be reporting it? After all, they are some of the loudest critics of this government.

1. WTC7 fell in 6.5 seconds, thats physically impossible unless all the welds and steel rivets are sheared simultaneuosly. Thats a fact thats not a theory!!!

2. Larry Silverstien said the decision was made late in the afternoon to "pull" building 7, building7 blew itself up at 5.20pm on 911. How was his unnamed team of demo experts able to rig the building in less than an hour?
IT TAKES WEEKS and often MONTHS to rig a damned building for demolition!!!

Perhaps because it's human nature to accept simple answers to complex questions or issues. Why else would an overwhelming number of Americans support the invasion of Iraq in 2003? Why did they think that going after Saddam made more sense than going after Osama bin Laden?

Son, you are called a wacko if you claim the sky is blue in America. It's used by every wacko who disagrees with you, every wacko who wishes you'd kept your mouth shut and let them post it first, and every wacko who has nothing better to do than call you a wacko. If your skin is too thin for it, try a different country. This is America.

You have the RIGHT to share your views on these things (assuming you get a platform, so thank Yahoo! for letting you use theirs - they don't owe you a platform).

Fortunately, we have the right to share our views on your views.

Isn't America wonderful! I love it! It's JUST this that allowed us to declare independence from England, not silence for fear we might "offend" someone.

Because they are crazy. They listen to Art Bell late at night, in their parents basement.

When people like Fat A$$ Rosie O'Donnell can make comments such as steel can not be melted, she is crazy.

Didn't Bin Laden admit to the 9/11 attacks? Or is he a fictitional character? Was the first WTC bombing done by the Clinton administration?

it is ALWAYS right to question or we never progress, but before we make any claims hard evidence must be presented
