I'm junior sizes and want to make clothes similar to those sold in stores like forever 21 and such.

Try Ebay. There are lots of people there selling vintage and used patterns for various prices. Vintage means different things to different people, so you'll have to sift through the results to find what you want.
If you do a search on www.ebay.com for "vintage sewing patterns" and search ALL CATEGORIES, you should come up with about a thousand patterns. That should give you lots to choose from.
There may be some online stores too, try the same search at www.google.com.
If you go to Vogue pattern books in any good sewing store, you will find some newer editions of vintage style patterns.
The other major pattern companies may have a few too (Butterick, McCalls, Simplicity).

I agree with starrwoode that the current pattern companies are now making vintage clothing patterns. You can also check out thrift stores and/or antique stores....you will often find old patterns there for a fairly inexpensive price. Each current pattern companies have websites that you can look at the patterns online!

butterick , mccalls , and vouge, and simplicity have been making vintage patterns for a few years now. there is always past patterns and folkwear pattern company, both of which you should find on line. actually all the companies have on line sites so you can shop here or get the regular patterns at joanns for half price every day.

Out here, a lot of thrift stores have older pattern packs for sale, cheap.

usually you can find vintage patterns at the goodwill, salvation army store, garage sales and ebay has tons of them. I hope you find what your looking for.
