On a consistent basis, probably Rocky Colavito. As for someone who could unleash the most astonishing throw every once in a while, it was probably Downtown Ollie Brown.

It is almost certainly Clemente, especially when one factors in not only arm strength but also the accuracy of his throws. Today that title would actually probably go to Ichiro; Guerrero has lost a little zip in the past couple of seasons.
And how about a mention of Larry Walker, who threw runners out at first base several times on what should have been singles.

I have seen them all
Roberto Clement could throw a strike from the righ t field corner to home plate or third base. He was a small man as well.

I saw Barfield play in EX Stadium in Toronto in the 80's and let me tell you...he had a cannon of an arm. I saw him launch a ball to home plate without as much as a bounce and throw out a speedy Ricky Henderson tagging at third.

I went to a game and was right near where Barfield was in right field. He made the greatest throw I've ever seen!

All these guys had great arms, but Dwight Evans had the best arm for a right fielder.
