There are three:
-Oak's Letter - allows you to fight shaymin
-Azure Flute - allows you to fight arceus
-Fight darkrai. Don't recall the key item.

i know that you can catch pokemon like darkrai manaphy and other rare ones, but i dont know how. however, if u can tell me how to use gts, i will trade u a lvl 100 shiny darkrai(nintendo event obtainable only) for a rare pokemon on ur roster
