Yes, it was a declaration of war. A war on the American people by the people who designed and carried out 9/11. The criminal elements within the industrialized military complex are to blame. So this could be the reason why no true criminal investigation has been carried out. First off, Guiliani had the steel shipped off to China to be melted down. That there is a criminal offense of removing evidence from the scene. Next are all the unanswered questions by the family members of the victims. Only like 24-25 of the 144 were covered in the Commission Report.
Now we're living in a continuously growing police state where are liberties and freedoms are being stripped from the American people. I'm sick and tired of it. Most already know that the lies from the "official" story have been known to be just that, LIES. All the big smoking guns in the story are popping out more and more.
How many people have to be sent to their graves for an unjust war on the lies of "terror" that have reshaped how we look at ourselves and others from around the world. All based on lies and deceit.

I do believe we need an investigation into the whole shebang. We went to war with Afghanistan over 9/11, and ended up in Iraq...for no truthful reason. Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11, Saddam and Osama disliked each other. Saddam was a hedonist, enjoying his creature comforts, palaces, whatever. Osama used caves, lived a Spartan lifestyle. Absolute opposites. There were no WMD, no nuclear possibilities.
The Patriot Act, which was signed into law shortly after 9/11, gave the president powers to act as he sees fit when it comes to matters of national security. The words and the embarassment of those who agreed to the Patriot Act are, I believe, the only reason George Bush does not face Impeachment.
In truth, he is a War Criminal, because he invaded a rather helpless country with no Navy, a pitiful Air Force, and a ragtag Army that after months of expensive training still can't organize itself, and he did it...from all existing testimony...when many learned people were telling him that the intelligence was faulty.
Call me suspicious, which I am, but I never have believed that some members of our government did not know that 9/11 might take place. I mean, that seven minutes of sitting is just not the reaction of a surprised and alarmed individual. And the Presidential Briefings did mention an attack on New York.
But I push such thoughts away and just hope for a better future. Someday historians will dig into all of the facts and figures, old records and letters and come up with some the answers.

I have written quite a long response of my thoughts from my own investigations into the events of 9/11.
I posted as a blog named "Was 9/11 really the beginning?"
http://www.911blogger.com/node/9174
The post is dated 6/5/07. I have continued my investigation. The recent releases of what are allegedly FBI documents about Osama renting planes for his family's and other Saudi Nationals later in September. As you recall most of the "hijackers" were from Saudi Araiba and some were reported to be seen alive after 9/11.
Before I accept these newly released documents as being original information, I am going to go back into my original research because I seem to recall reading someplace that they may have been flown out on 9/11 during the no fly time was in effect and that the government didn't freeze the bin-laden family assets until much later.
Osam bin-laden's older brother had financed a failed oil venture of this president and the Bush and bin-Laden families have been freinds and business partners for a long time.
Osama had been trained and financed by the CIA to fight the Russians wehen they were in Afghanistan.
The BBC even announced the collapse of building 7 23 minuets before it actually collapsed.

I have deleted two links to controversial you tube videos available. I hope this makes it passed the censors.

Bin ladin is under no obligation to tell the truth to people he considers infidels. There is more than enough evidence to prove he planned it and knew all about it. Oh and we were told (meaning the Clinton administration) that this attack was coming in 96. Where is the investigation into that? Why didn't the Democrats do something? Why did they automatically try and blame Bush not 10 days after 9-11, looks like they didn't want the people to learn the truth. That they knew about the attack for 5 years, did nothing about it and passed the buck to President Bush.

Bin Laden. The US bankrolled 911 because Bin Laden has had Bush's support even when he was govenor of Texas and his dad was the President. They had ties even when owned part of the Texas Rangers baseball team.

it was the beginning of the endgame of the NWO to achieve total global dominance. The Global klepocracy has had a bonanza between gains for the Military Industrial Complex and seizing of strategic oil resources(while indebting America massively to China -while wrapping itself in the US flag)). Also the destruction and Balkanization of Muslim countries which resist their hegemony.

This is classic 'cherry picking.'
Little problem with that FBI wanted poster there. You forgot to read it. And you seem to not know what wanted posters are for.
"......IN ADDITION, BIN LADEN IS A SUSPECT IN OTHER TERRORIST ATTACKS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD."
http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/topten/fugitives/laden.htm
Hm.... It says Bin Laden is wanted for other terrorist attacks throughout the world. I wonder if that might include 9/11?
That's funny. Because I swear I copied that off that FBI site. In this country you're innocent proven guilty. Of course Bin Laden is wanted for 9/11. We have to catch him first and put him through trial and prove his guilt. This is called legal technicality. This does not mean 'Osama didn't do it.'
Plus, they only listed only 1 of his attack. We all know he is responsible for more than 1 attack around the world.
This is wanted poster. Not guilty verdict by handed out by court. This is legal thing. Even when they capture obvious murder suspect that suspect is treated as innocent until proven guilty by our legal system. You can shoot someone and even if police sees it. They'll read you your rights. The system will provide you with attorney.
So you say EVERYBODY is innocent? Well how do we get criminals into jail then you ask? We capture suspects first and send them to courts. How to we capture one? May be we can use WANTED POSTER to tell the public and get some help. Osama is BIG suspect. Surprised?
Do we give death sentence on the spot? Don't you know how our system works?
More from that FBI WANTED poster. About extra reward!
"...........An additional $2 million is being offered through a program developed and funded by the Airline Pilots Association and the Air Transport Association."
I wonder why in the hec Airline Pilots Association and the Air Transport Association would offer 2 million dollar on his head? Just so weird!
JUST MAY BE pilots who lost friends during 911 attack and their wages later wants to catch Osama and post reward in FBI wanted poster.
Don't you ever read entire page? Or may be US pilots are now involved in 'inside job.' Who knows may be I'm involved? May be you too.
I don't think I've ever seen a wanted poster that says Wanted: Matt, HE IS GUILTY! Never seen such a thing.
Use something else if you want to back up 'inside job'. This FBI claim thing just makes you look dumb. I'm just helping ya out here.
So so sad.
And there is on going work by intelligence agencies to track down these international terrorists. This isn't open and shut local murder case. After all one dude did go through our legal system and went to jail for his involvement in 911 plot. Sheik Muhammad, I think that's his name.
You know how difficult it is bring down a mob boss? Imagine mob boss whose network reach all over the world. His network include thousands of people. Constantly joining, becoming member. And anybody can remain hidden, and in secret. This isn't your weekly criminal case. This is war. Clash of cultures.
Who knows may be I'm denying the truth, but at least I know how to read one whole page.
You don't need to link to websites to debunk anything when you know how to read. Entire page of course. Unlike some people who 'cherry pick' what they want out of websites.
Not to mention irony of people not believing Bush or anybody, but when Osama 'denies' his crimes they believe it without question. Hm... Big hm...

who said there isn't (an investigation). rule of thumb anywhere: just 'cause you can't see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. and by the way, your opinions & theories are yours but please don't try to foist them onto to others. theories are fun & remain theories (wishful thinking) until backed by facts and then these theories advance into the wonderful world of 'factual drama'. could a govt blow up it's own buildings in the cause of mutual war? check out what the cia did from the late 1940s until the 1960s. also, what the english mi-6 did to get americans into world war one & two. sure it's possible but in today's world w/the tech we all have (access to)? highly improbable - possible but not likely. a lot of nasty stuff out there & sometimes it is cloaked in the guise of a friendly face, but first & foremost - you've got to be taught to hate!

I don't know what it is you are trying to say or not say in this cryptic question. Osama is wanted by the FBI but they don't have evidence connecting him to 9/11 directly and his co-conspirators that executed the plan all died doing so. But there is a big difference between what the FBI has that would be admissible in a court and what the intelligence agencies of the world know to be true.
9/11 was not a declaration of war. War was declared back in the Carter Administration when Carter allowed the Shah of Iran to be toppled by the radical Islamic Militants. When the Ayatollah Khomeini held our embassy personnel hostage was the first act and declaration of their intent to destroy all infidels and their governments.
9/11 was the first time we finally admitted that we are at war with militant Islam.
