If you want to be on Disney, you will need an agent more than a manager. To find the BEST agency, look for SAG or AFTRA registered agencies on www.sag.org or www.aftra.org . You'll find legit agencies in your area!
Disney does not hold open calls, so what you'd have to do is have a great agent, who can schedule you an audition when Disney is casting a role which fits your type.
Same goes for TeenNick, it's one of those large networks, that is very professional.
For movies, many movies will hold open calls (case and point, the new american girl movie). That can bring oppurtunities! Look online at places like Craig's List, to find out. If it is local, look in your paper.
However, many movies also don't do open calls, for them, you will need an agent, who can submit you/schedule you an audition.
It's great you've been taking acting classes, that will help you so much, and give you an advantage, continue with them!
Good luck!

i dont know how long you've been taking lessons so i wouldn't know if you have enough experience.
- you need to build up your resume. (list of all your classes, special skills, etc) you shouldnt make up anything either.
- you need to get headshot photos for your resume.
- try looking into some agents (they're more of the people that will represent you or get you into auditions more than a manager.) In NY, you really dont need in agent but in LA, you do. Try searching AFTRA and/or SAG.
- send your resume and if they are interested, they or you will have to schedule an appointment in order to make this happen.
ex: Jason Dolley's resume. (thought he is on disney channel, he did previous acting that got him on Complete Savages)

Sorry hon, not everyone makes it, at least not for a loooonnnggg time.
A great agent is nearly 40%+ of your success in the "screen" buisness. If not more, really.
Depending on where you/the agent live, the success of the agent will vary, as well. If you truely want to be successful, have more than one. If the agent lives far away from the action, don't get them!!!! The main place is (duh) Hollywood! But it is MAJORLY expensive! And to have one that is not near you makes it more so, because you need to go visit them and auditions CONSTANTLY, so travel = icky.
It's a tough buisness.
ps I agree, you need to be in school a little while longer.

We now know why you are an actress. You talk and don't write. Because obviously you can't spell.
Nothing against actresses and actors. I would LOVE to become a young actress my self.
