(1/3)(z^2 / z^3)(y^4 / y)

cancel:

(1/3)(1/z)(y^3)

combine:

y^3 / (3z)

When dividing, subtract indices,thus:-
z².y^(4) / (3.z³.y) = (y^3) / 3z
