My deformed right ear. It looks like I may be able to get it done under my insurance at work, since for the first time in my life I found out I have an ear drum down there (otherwise they do classify it as cosmetic surgery and my insurance company wouldn't cover it) I've lived with my ear all my life, but I'm still not sure if I should take the plunge and have the surgery.

I cannot think of anything. My mother had a face lift, was in amazing pain afterwards for many days. Turned me off to any future plastic surgery.

breast reduction -- get rid of the back aches, the digs in my shoulders from bra straps, and the 32G bras. I would like to be a nice normal size C!
