If theres going to be a Star Wars: Knights of the old republic 3? I need to know if its really gona happen or if its just a rumor going around.

Just a rumor at this point. LucasArts has been in discussion with Bioware I believe, but nothing definite has come out.

There hasn't been an official anoucement but considering how well the other KOTOR games have sold there probaly will be one someday...
