well first you should know, they come for the name, they stay for the great food, so quality of the food is important
i would say it would attract a lot of people who want to see 70's posters and other memorabilia

You should make it just Fox instead of Foxy if you must have your last name in the name.
And think of a different word for hangout ... it sounds so childish ..think of something fancier but not too fancy that the customers with think your products are crap compared to the killer name :]

I don't really like it. It sounds 1) Too cliche and 2) A little cheap, like that's where all the guys go to take their mistresses or something from Law&Order :)
