Verizon doesn't make you wait the exact 2 years. You might also check on e bay to get one in the mean time until you can get a better deal. Good Luck

The only way to solve your problem is if you have phone insurance on your plan. If you have phone insurance included in your cell phone plan, then the insurance company will cover any damages, malfunctions on your phone. The insurance company will send you the exact phone that you have and it will cost you $50 deductible fee on your next billing statement.

If you don't have insurance on your cell phone, then you have the option to purchase another phone. However you will have to buy the phone at retail cost and no discounts are given. It can range from $200 to $400 depending on the model and style of the new phone. Another solution to do is to buy a verizon prepaid phone and use that phone and activate that phone as a contract phone until your contract is up in November. Then you can get a discounted new phone when you renew your contract.

Your appropriate wager is to take the telephone right into a Verizon instantaneous save. they could have the potential to tell you what they might do for you so some distance as alternative. that's for a cost, yet its nevertheless greater helpful than finished retail or a million 12 months pricing for a sparkling telephone.

Most likely not unless you have phone insurance. Similar thing happened to me with Cingular and I had to buy the phone myself!
